Adhip brings over three decades of experience encompassing diverse functional areas, primarily in Information Technology & Operations, Customer Service/Service Quality and Project Management.

He ‘s a former Chief Operating Officer of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, having played in a key role in the setting up of the Bank and it’s transition from an NBFC-MFI to a Small Finance Bank. He had also led the Bank’s IT implementation and migration from legacy systems in the initial years of the Bank, apart from supervising the Operations and Credit functions of the Bank.

Prior to that, Adhip worked with Axis Bank for more than 21 years, where he held strategic roles in Operations, Customer Service, Process Quality/ Service Quality and Planning/ Projects functions of the Bank.
